Team is Pro for a group of brokers who share a book and default splits — a seat each. Prices are in Canadian dollars; tax is added at checkout. Upgrade or cancel yourself at any time, and if you cancel you keep full access until the period you've paid for ends. The per-minute price is fixed, and any rise is announced 30 days ahead.
What one broker actually pays
Per-seat software built for brokerages hides a platform fee that a solo operator pays alone. There is none here. Three months, worked out:

Questions about paying
Is there an annual contract?
No. Pro is month to month. Upgrade or cancel yourself from the account page; if you cancel you keep full access until the period you've paid for ends, then the account drops to Starter with everything still in it.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax; GST, HST or QST is added at checkout according to your province.
Who charges my card, and what does the statement say?
SMARTSOL LIMITED, the Toronto company that builds and operates Frontage, through Stripe. Your statement reads SMARTSOL* FRONTAGE. Receipts and the billing portal come from Stripe.
What does the phone number really cost?
CA$5 a month for the number and 17.0¢ per started minute for calls the assistant answers, from a prepaid balance you top up by card. Voicemail is free, calls under ten seconds are free, and the text you get after a call is charged at what it costs us, about two cents. A monthly bill shows every call.
What happens when the phone balance runs out?
Calls go to voicemail, which is free, until you top up. Automatic top-ups are optional. If the number's monthly fee goes unpaid for 30 days the number is released.
What does a team pay?
A Pro seat per broker, CA$49 a month each. A team shares a book of business and default commission splits that any deal can override; every member needs their own seat.
What if I use up the AI actions?
Pro includes 1,000 a month. At the limit the AI features pause until the period resets; everything else keeps working. The phone assistant's reasoning counts too, so a busy line uses some of them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep full access until the paid period ends, then the account drops to Starter with everything still in it. Export it as JSON or CSV whenever you like, or delete the account and every record goes with it.
